Making a team

I am an ex-college player. 21 years old. I have been looking and looking for a semi-pro or competetive league with more than a bunch of old men who want to crack my legs. It has occured to me while reading this site that it may be very possible to get a team together to compete in some sort of league. If anyone would be interested in this venture or has info on a competitive league in Jersey i would appreciate a response.
